Two Fined in Lincoln Park Zoo Bear Attack

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WTAQ) - The woman whose hand was bit by a bear at a Manitowoc zoo and her boyfriend have been fined for violating the zoo's rules. Tracy Weiler and Lawrence Bosworth reportedly went past barriers at the Lincoln Park Zoo and tried to feed two Asiatic black bears. The two will pay fines of $681 each.
